Reading Ingredient Labels

I've been reading ingredient labels for so long that I had forgotten it's an important skill to learn when you're making a change to the way you eat. A registered dietitian or a nutritionist will be your best help with learning this skill and especially with figuring out how to apply what you learn to your particular dietary needs.
